Why We Built This Site
Texas court access depends on choosing the right office. Karen Berry, the District Clerk, keeps records for the 20th District Court, including district civil, criminal, family, and juvenile matters. Jodi Morgan, the County Clerk, handles County Court misdemeanor, civil, probate, and guardianship files. Justice and municipal courts keep their own lower-court records. The statewide re:SearchTX index adds another route, but its coverage is not complete. We bring these official contacts and access paths together while keeping each custodian's role clear.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes appearing on some pages and control their own results, charges, and service terms. A completed paid registration through one of those tools may generate a referral payment that supports free public access to this resource. Milam County Court Docket does not set a partner's price or determine the content of its results.
